Customize Notification Sounds in LiveAgent
Tired of the same old notification tone? Customize or disable any notification sound that is played in LiveAgent. You can choose from existing sounds or upload your own file. Supported formats are mp3, wav, ogg. The maximum file size is 128 MB.
Available Sound Options
LiveAgent provides notification sounds for the following events:
- New call - Alert when a new call arrives
- New chat - Alert when a new chat conversation starts
- New message - Alert when a new message is received
- New ticket - Alert when a new support ticket is created
- Chat connected - Alert when a chat connection is established
- Chat new message - Alert when a new message arrives in an active chat
