To place a LiveAgent live chat button to your CS-Cart shop, simply follow the integration guide below, or watch the provided video.

Step 1: Create and customize your chat button

The first step is to create and customize a new chat button in your LiveAgent panel. If you don’t have a LiveAgent account yet, sign up for a free trial first.

Copy the HTML code (Ctrl+C) to your clipboard.

Step 2: Access your CS-Cart admin panel

Go to your CS-Cart admin panel and navigate to:

Quick Menu > Design > Blocks > Scroll to GRID 16 > Block ‘Customer Service’ > Click on Block Options > Choose Content tab

Step 3: Paste the HTML code

Paste (Ctrl+V) the HTML code below the </ul> line and save your changes.

Note: It is not necessary to use the ‘Customer service’ block. You can create your own blocks and use them as well.

Step 4: Verify the integration

Go to your store webpage, refresh it and your chat button is ready to use.
