How can you use VoIPcloud?

LiveAgent’s unified communications ticketing system includes a comprehensive call center that works seamlessly with VoIPcloud. While LiveAgent handles your call center necessities, VoIPcloud provides your call number. Your number can be easily connected to LiveAgent, allowing you to start answering customer calls immediately.

Integration Steps

1. Register with VoIPcloud: If you don’t have a VoIPcloud account, visit their website and click on Apply Online in the top right corner. Fill out the contact form and wait for the VoIPcloud team to contact you with your account details and phone number.

2. Access LiveAgent Configuration: Once you have your VoIPcloud account username, password, and phone number, go to your LiveAgent dashboard and open Configuration > Call > Numbers. Click on the orange create button at the top and select VoIPcloud from the list of providers.

3. Enter Your Credentials: A new section will open up. Provide your username, password, host, and VoIPcloud number. You can also:
   • Select the department
   • Set a dial-out prefix
   • Name the number
   • Enable call recording

When you’re done, click Add and you’re finished.

Cost of integrating VoIPcloud
