How to integrate MDaemon with LiveAgent?

LiveAgent offers integration options for email servers via IMAP/POP3. MDaemon can be easily integrated with the LiveAgent ticketing system via configuration options. Follow the guide below and learn how to do it.

• Don’t have MDaemon yet? Head over to their product website and get started. Fill out the short questionnaire and get a plan. Once you have your product code, you can go to the literature page to see how-to guides and other resources. When you’re done with the MDaemon setup, head over to your LiveAgent account.

MDaemon purchase

• With your MDaemon account ready, you can continue configuration in LiveAgent. Open your LiveAgent account, or start a free trial if you don’t have an account yet. Head over to Configuration > Email > Mail Accounts and select the orange Create Button. You will see a list of email providers in the menu. Select Other, the last option in the list. Then select IMAP/POP3.

• Now you are required to provide your MDaemon account details. Fill out username, password and your email address. Select email fetching method, and provide port and server info. You can also select the responsible department. When you’re satisfied with the settings, click Save and you’re finished.
