Common problems and solutions
How to recover my password?
- Go to www.zola.com
- Click ‘Log In" at the top right-hand side of the page
- Just below the space to enter your password, you’ll see ‘Forgot Password?" – click on that, and you’ll be asked to enter your email address
- Click ‘Submit" and check for an email with instructions on resetting your password.
How do I upload photos to my paper products?
First, you’ll want to choose your design. After you’ve selected your paper product color, paper type, optional foil, silhouette and estimated quantity, click ‘Customize design" and start your draft.
To upload your photos simply select the option on your draft. This will bring up the photo uploading window. You can upload photos directly from your computer, Dropbox, Google Photos, or simply drag and drop.
Make sure to double check that the photo you are uploading is:
- Either a JPG or PNG
- Pixel minimums will vary depending on your card design. Minimums will be listed on the photo uploader tool
- Smaller than 10MB
If you need to resize your photo we recommend using PicResize.
Once your photo is uploaded, you can crop, mirror, enhance, sharpen, blur or change your image to black and white. Click “Save” to save your image.
Do you offer samples of your paper products?
Get 5 free customizable samples with free shipping. To select your designs, go to the Invites and Paper page and click “Select your designs”.
Check the box in the left corner of your favorite designs and click “Customize samples”. Customize the paper size, foil color, paper type, and silhouette.
Enter your name, wedding date, mailing address, and email address to complete your order and start your ZOLA account.
You will receive an email confirmation. Samples take 1-3 business days to process and 5-10 business days to ship.
