ZARA’s return policy
If you want to return an item purchased on Zara.com, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so free of charge. The items should have all tickets attached and be in perfect condition.
Return Options:
Zara Store: You can return your order at any Zara store free of charge in the same market/region where you made the purchase. Simply present the items you wish to return together with the sales receipt (on your phone, printed copy, or show your ZARA QR code from the ‘Purchases" section in the Zara app).
Drop Point: If you’ve made the purchase as a registered user, log in with your username and password and request a return under ‘Order details". If you made your purchase as a guest, request a return by clicking on the link included in the order confirmation email. We will email you a return label. Attach the label to the package and drop it off at a drop point. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment confirmation email.
Home Return: If your order includes a large home item, contact ZARA to arrange a home return.
