How to recover my lost password?
If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it:
- On iPhone and Android, click on ‘Forgot your password?" at the sign-in screen
- On web, go to the Forgot password page
I just purchased a Pro Unlimited subscription but it’s not showing on my account, what can I do?
If you have confirmed that you purchased your Pro Unlimited subscription and it doesn’t show immediately on your account, please allow a few minutes for it to show up – sometimes it can take a bit of time to update the subscription status.
After a short while, please verify the status on your Subscription page.
How can I change my credit card or payment method?
To change your credit card information during an active subscription:
- Sign into your account from a computer.
- Go to the Subscriptions page.
- Click on the ‘Use a different card" option next to your current details.
To switch to PayPal or change your PayPal account:
- Cancel your current plan at soundcloud.com/you/subscriptions.
- Wait until the plan expires. Then, log in and visit soundcloud.com/pro and choose your desired plan.
- Select PayPal as your desired payment method.
- Fill out the details on the next page.
Note: Depending on your card or bank, you may see a small amount charged and then immediately refunded. This is simply a test transaction to verify your new payment details are authorized. You will not be charged the regular amount until your account’s next payment date. This process is the same for all plans, but Pro and Pro Unlimited plans have monthly or annual plans and SoundCloud Go does not require your address.
