How to recover my lost password?
Caution: Each of your passwords should be unique. Don’t use the same password for more than one account, even if the accounts are related.
Reset your forgotten password (Desktop)
- From the Shopify login page, enter your store address and click ‘Next".
- Enter your login email and click “Next”.
- Click “Forgot password?”.
- Enter the email that you used to create your Shopify account.
- Click “Reset password”.
- You’re sent an email with a link to reset your password. In the email, click ‘Reset password".
- Enter your new password in the “Confirm password” field.
- Click “Reset password”.
- Go back to your Shopify login page and log in with your new password.
Reset your forgotten password (Android/iPhone)
- From the Shopify app login screen, tap “Forgot password?”.
- Enter the email that you used to create your Shopify account.
- Tap “Done”.
- You’re sent an email with a link to reset your password. In the email, click ‘Reset password".
- The password-reset screen opens in your Android’s/iPhone’s browser. Enter a new password.
- Enter your new password again in the ‘Confirm password" field.
- Tap “Reset password”.
- Go back to the Shopify app and log in with your new password.
What do I need to start selling on Shopify?
To start selling on Shopify, you’ll need a Shopify plan and products to sell. Get started by signing up for Shopify. Then set up your store and add your products. If you don’t have products to sell yet, dropshipping might be a good option for you.
Can I use my own domain name with Shopify?
