Nike provides customer support primarily through live chat and phone channels. For live chat inquiries, you can start a conversation with a live agent on their website. If you prefer phone communication, Nike maintains a call center support line at +31 (0) 20 5820542. Additionally, Nike maintains active accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, where you can leave messages and get assistance from their team.
Nike’s Shipping and Returns
Nike Members get free standard shipping on every order. During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping option. Free shipping options are available for Nike Members, while guests can choose from various options for a fee. Expedited and express shipping may not be available for all orders. Store pickup is also available for eligible orders.
Nike has an extended 60-day return policy (some exceptions apply). You can return your Nike or Converse purchase for any reason within 60 days at a nearby Nike store for free, or by using your preferred carrier for a fee. To start a return, sign in to your Nike Member profile and go to your order history or enter your order number and email address. Select the items to return and choose your preferred return method. For Nike Members, returns are free and you can choose from a UPS return code, printable label, or UPS pickup.

- Enter the email address connected to your Nike Member profile and tap or click “Reset”. We’ll email you instructions on how to reset your password.
On Nike Apps:
- Open your favorite Nike App
- Tap ‘Log In"
- Tap “Forgotten Your Password?”
- Enter the email address connected to your Nike Member profile and tap “Reset”. We’ll email you instructions on how to reset your password.
