How can I recover my password?
You will find the link for “Forgotten your password” in the login form on the webshop. After entering your email you will receive the login and password within few seconds into the given email. The email must be the same one used in the webshop registration.
If you will not receive the email, please contact their toll free line 0800 22 11 12, Mon – Fri 8.00-19.00 and their Coffee Specialist will help you to recover your password.
How can I get free shipping delivery?
The minimum possible order of Nespresso capsules is 50 (5 sleeves).
Delivery is free when:
- You order 15 and more sleeves online
- You order 25 and more sleeves by telephone
- You order a new Nespresso machine online or by telephone
- You order the Aeroccino machine online or by telephone
Otherwise, in any other cases the delivery fee is 4,90€.
Does Nespresso offer discounts?
Nespresso offers its customers special marketing activities during the year. These activities are linked to machine purchases when customers are given a voucher which can be redeemed for coffee capsules.
