How do I contact Fiverr?
Fiverr offers several ways for users to get customer support. Here are the main ways you can get help:
Fiverr’s Help & Support Center is the main resource for finding answers to common questions and issues. You can access it by clicking on the ‘Help & Support" button in the top right corner of the Fiverr website. Here you can find articles, tutorials, and FAQs related to various topics. This serves also as company’s knowledge base. If you scroll to the bottom of Help & Support Center, you can find there social media icons. Fiverr has a presence on social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Facebook. You can reach out to Fiverr’s customer support team via these channels and they may be able to assist you or direct you to the appropriate resources.
Keep in mind that response times may vary depending on the method you choose, and some issues may require more time to resolve than others.
If you can’t find the answer to your question in the Help & Support Center, you can submit a request to Fiverr’s customer support team via email at support@fiverr.com . How to change/reset my password?
Here’s how you can change your password:
- Go to ‘Security settings"
- In the “Change Password” section, enter your current password and your new one.
- Click “Save Changes”.
If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it here. Enter the email used to log into your account. A password reset email will be sent to that address if the email matches the account.
Does Fiverr take a cut of your earnings?
Fiverr charges buyers a service fee per gig. This fee is $2 for gigs up to $40 and 5% of the order price if it’s over $40. If you’re a seller, Fiverr takes 20% of the gig fee. So, if you complete a $5 gig, Fiverr will take $1, leaving you with $4.
Fiverr does always take 20% of your earnings as a freelancer. However, Fiverr only takes a 20% cut when the order has been marked complete. Fiverr takes this cut on a per completed order basis.
Does Fiverr contact its users?
From time to time, Fiverr reaches out to the community. If you receive a message from an official Fiverr Team member, it will have a button labeled ‘Fiverr Team" next to the username.

- FiverrCustVoice: This is an account Fiverr uses for category-specific customer feedback and surveys.
- Fiverr-Social: The official Fiverr Social team updates. Every now and then Fiverr updates the community about major news, including campaigns.
