Hello there, we’d like to welcome you to the November edition of our updates! We’re thrilled to bring you the latest improvements at LiveAgent, designed to enrich your experience. This month’s updates focus on streamlining your workflow and boosting efficiency. So, let’s dive right into what’s new and exciting!
Great news for our Windows, Linux, and Mac users – we’ve rolled out a bunch of new shortcuts in LiveAgent! Now, accessing them is a breeze: just double-tap the Control button or try Control + ⇧ Shift + ? on any operating system. Alternatively, to access the full list of keyboard shortcuts, visit our knowledge base .
And guess what? This is just the beginning – we’re cooking up even more shortcuts to make your LiveAgent experience smoother and more agile!

Remember when we talked about freshening up our software’s design and accessibility? Well, the changes are rolling in! From the ticket control buttons to the ticket header and beyond, we’ve sprinkled updates everywhere (can you spot them all?).
And this is just the tip of the iceberg – we have a lot more exciting changes on the horizon. A big shoutout to our customers for their invaluable feedback and suggestions that keep us evolving!
Thanks to your awesome feedback, we’ve made a change to our ticket control buttons. They’re now all out in the open, no longer hiding behind the ‘More" button – but only if your screen’s big enough! This means you can jump right into any ticket action without the extra clicks. Pair this with our new shortcuts for a ticket-handling experience that’s faster and more convenient than ever.

We heard you loud and clear about the search function hiccups, especially when it came to hyphens, links, and the like. Our developers have been on a mission, deploying numerous improvements to ensure your search experience is as smooth and accurate as possible.
Rest assured, this isn’t the finish line—we’re committed to continuous enhancements, with more fine-tuning on the way to perfect your search experience even further.
As we look ahead, there’s plenty to get excited about, especially our AI feature, which is shaping up nicely. We’re keeping the details under wraps for now, but anticipate a delightful surprise, possibly just in time for the holiday season!
Alongside this, we’re on the final stretch with our SLA refactoring, ready to enhance your LiveAgent experience. Plus, a big migration to Amazon data centers is in the works, promising improved service quality and stability. The preparation process is fully underway so keep an eye out for further updates on that.
And last but not least, let’s not forget about our refreshed Getting Started guide that will arrive at LiveAgent in the upcoming updates to provide an even better onboarding and learning experience for new customers. Who knows, maybe even existing customers will learn something new from it?
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to innovate and improve. Once again, thanks for being here with us!
