What we need for the setup:
To ensure a seamless chatbot setup, please provide the following details:
Access to your FlowHunt account (Before request form)
- Before fulfilling the request form, please create an admin user in your FlowHunt account with the email support-access@liveagent.com.
- Note: Ensure you have sufficient credits in your FlowHunt account to index the knowledge sources we'll connect for the chatbot. For more details, see FlowHunt credits.
Chatbot purpose (Within setup request form)
- Please specify the chatbot's purpose, where it will be deployed, and its main objectives. Including example use cases would be appreciated, such as:
- customer support – answer FAQs on products, shipping, and returns;
- sales assistance – guide users through purchases and provide recommendations;
- order tracking – provide real-time delivery status;
- lead generation – collect customer information and qualify leads;
- feedback collection – gather customer feedback and reviews;
- technical support – offer troubleshooting tips and escalate issues.
Website & knowledge sources (Within setup request form)
- What is the URL of the website or shop where the chatbot will be deployed?
- Let us know what knowledge you want the chatbot to use to answer customer queries:
- Are there other websites or documentation (even files like PDF,..) you want us to connect as knowledge sources?
- Note: We currently can't use historical tickets as a knowledge source. We recommend creating FAQ articles from tickets in your knowledge base.
Other expectations from the chatbot (During follow-up with our support)
- Would you like the chatbot to integrate with your system to access delivery or order statuses? The setup will require additional input and assistance from your team for system integration.
- Do you want the chatbot to respond differently to specific inquiries or discussion topics?
- Would you like the chatbot to trigger notifications for situations like identifying a lead opportunity or a customer complaint?
- Do you have specific requirements for the chatbot widget in LiveAgent? Would you like it to include a pre-chat form to collect email addresses or other details for follow-up? Without this, interactions will be anonymous.
