2004

Founders Andrej Harsani and Viktor Zeman have trouble supporting their Post Affiliate Pro customers in real-time. This sparks an idea, and they start developing LiveAgent live chat software.

2006

LiveAgent live chat software hits the market.

2009

LiveAgent surpasses the 5,000 paid customers mark.

2011

LiveAgent gets an overhaul and expands its functionality. LiveAgent multi-channel help desk software is born.

2014

Self-hosted plans move to the cloud.

2017

LiveAgent opens the Kyiv office.

2019

LiveAgent opens the New York office.

2020

LiveAgent is recognized as the best live chat, knowledge base, help desk, ticketing, and call center software by G2 and Capterra.

2021

LiveAgent acquires over 30,000 happy customers.

2022

LiveAgent is awarded with the Leader in Call Center Software recognition by GetApp.

2023

LiveAgent is recognized as the Best Ease of Use Helpdesk by Capterra.

2024

LiveAgent celebrates it's 20th anniversary. Cloud infrastructure migrates from Linode to AWS.

2025

FlowHunt integrates with LiveAgent to enhance AI capabilities
